Rashmi Chanduraj

Managing Partner

Rashmi Chanduraj serves as the founding partner of Aarcstone Capital, a company specializing in multifamily real estate investments. Her role encompasses a strategic approach to targeting, acquiring, and managing assets, utilizing state-of-the-art processes and cutting-edge technologies.

With a lifelong exposure to multifamily real estate, Rashmi’s early experiences were with her father that instilled a deep appreciation for real estate ownership. While she initially focused on single-family homes, she later transitioned to multifamily investments. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a Master of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson’s University.

After accumulating decades of expertise in Human Capital Management and Program Management, her career trajectory shifted towards multifamily real estate. Today, she is passionately dedicated to enhancing the quality of life within communities and unwavering in her commitment to delivering exceptional results through Aarcstone Capital.

PETE BUTKUS

D.D.S, Co-Founder

Pete Butkus, embarked on his real estate investing journey by chance when he purchased his dental practice building in 2018. With years devoted to honing his clinical skills, Pete realized that many healthcare providers, like himself, often overlook personal finance and real estate opportunities. Determined to change this trend, Pete now educates his peers on the financial benefits of real estate and multifamily investing. As a limited partner in several multifamily, self-storage, and RV/mobile home park syndications, Pete’s experience is diverse and extensive. Alongside running a large group dental practice in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Pete’s mission is to bridge the gap between healthcare and smart investing, guiding his peers toward financial success.

Wendy’s journey into real estate investing began with a passion for community service, stemming from her extensive career as a dental healthcare professional. Initially focusing on long-term rentals and fixing and flipping single-family homes, Wendy’s drive to impact communities led her to the multifamily space. With a successful track record as a passive investor in multifamily syndication deals, Wendy is now dedicated to educating others about the benefits of multifamily real estate investing as a vehicle for building generational wealth. Her story is one of passion, dedication, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
