Rashmi Chanduraj is the founding partner of Aarcstone Capital, a firm specializing in multifamily real estate investments. She leads the strategic acquisition and management of assets, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and innovative processes. Having been exposed to multifamily real estate from an early age through her father, Rashmi developed a strong passion for property ownership. While she started in single-family homes, she later transitioned to multifamily investments. With decades of experience in Human Capital and Program Management, Rashmi is now fully dedicated to improving communities and delivering exceptional results through Aarcstone Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Adegoke Falaiye is a founding member of Double Hill Capital Partners and has successfully built multiple businesses alongside a strong real estate portfolio in Africa over the past 14 years. Currently, while working full-time, he is transitioning from single-family to multifamily properties, where he focuses on underwriting deals, asset management, and cultivating investor relationships. With 18 years of experience in Program, Product, Data, and Operations management across various industries, Adegoke has the expertise to create scalable processes for multifamily investors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from MIT.
